PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
The site is an Internet site available at the address (has a domain name) https://zemic.com.ua/ or its subdomains.
This Site is managed by "ZEMYK" LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (Code under EDRPOU 38897347) (hereinafter referred to as the Internet store).
Site User (hereinafter referred to as the User)" is an adult, legally competent natural person and/or legal entity, an individual entrepreneur who has accessed the Site and uses this site.
Provision of personal data (hereinafter referred to as Personal Data) — actions aimed at disclosing Personal Data by filling out any application, request, form on the Site or providing personal data in any other way.
The Internet Store treats with great respect the confidential (personal) information of all persons, without exception, who provided their Personal Data, in connection with which, the Internet Store strives to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about an identified natural person or can be identified), thereby creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions for using the Site's services.
Since the online store processes personal data using the "Internet", unlimited access to this Regulation is provided by publishing (posting) it on the Site.
This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) defines the rules and procedure for processing and storing personal data of Site Users.
TERMS
The User's use of the Site means agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.
The Site user must comply with the SITE USE RULES posted on the Site.
1.3. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must immediately stop using the Site.
1.4. The online store does not verify the authenticity of personal data provided by the Site User.
2. SUBJECT OF PRIVACY POLICY
2.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Online Store regarding the intentional non-disclosure of personal data provided by the User (for example, when using the Site, registering on the site, placing an order, processing a request, etc.).
2.2. Personal data permitted to be processed under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out special forms on the Site and usually includes the following information:
2.2.1. last name, first name, patronymic of the User;
2.2.2. the User's contact phone number;
2.2.3. email address (e-mail);
2.2.4. the name of the company represented by the user and its Code according to EDRPOU
2.3. The online store also makes efforts to protect Personal Data that are automatically transmitted when visiting the site pages:
IP address;
information from cookies;
information about the browser (or other program that accesses the site);
access time;
visited page addresses;
referrer (address of the previous page), etc.
2.4 The site collects statistics about the IP addresses of its site users. This information is used for the purpose of identifying and solving technical problems, to control the correctness of the performed operations.
3. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
3.1. Purposes of PD processing:
— ensuring compliance with laws and other normative legal acts; execution of contractual relations between the online store and the Client or User;
— to provide information to Users who have provided their personal data in any way, including by providing their personal data through the Site;
— service of requests, applications of Users;
— maintaining communication with Users;
— sending information, including advertising information (messages) to the specified e-mail, phone number, postal address, etc. including by sending advertising, service and newsletters;
— conclusion of a contract with the User and its execution;
— Establishing feedback with Users, including the direction of messages, requests related to the use of the Site, provision of services, processing of requests and applications from the User;
— Determining the location of the User to ensure security and prevent fraud;
— Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in the event of problems related to the use of the Site;
3.2. The user provides PD in the amount necessary to achieve the goals.
3.3. The consent given by the User directly providing his personal data through the Site confirms the User's consent to the processing of his personal data by the online store and does not require his written consent to the processing.
4. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING TERMS
4.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without a time limit, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools.
4.2. The user agrees that the Internet
e-store has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, Users or other third parties for the purpose of fulfilling Users' requests and applications.
4.3. The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities only on the grounds and in the manner established by the current legislation of Ukraine.
4.4. Regarding the personal information of the Users, its confidentiality is preserved, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information about himself for general access to an unlimited number of persons.
4.5. If the User withdraws consent to the processing of his personal data, the online store will stop processing them if this does not contradict the legislation of Ukraine. Consent can be revoked by the User or his representative by sending a written statement to the online store at the following address: Ukraine, 07400, Kyiv region, Brovary, st. 13 Sichovyh Striltsiv, however, understands that the online store will store such information within the framework of tax and other applicable legislation of Ukraine.
5. OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS OF THE PARTIES
5.1. The user undertakes:
5.1.1. To provide correct and truthful information about PD, necessary to achieve the goals.
5.1.2. Update or supplement the provided information about PD in the event of a change in this information.
5.1.3. Take measures to protect access to your confidential data stored on the site.
5.2. The user has the rights granted to him by the current legislation of Ukraine.
5.3. The online store undertakes:
5.3.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
5.3.2. Do not disclose the User's personal data, except for the conditions stipulated by this Policy and the current legislation of Ukraine.
5.3.3. Block personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of application or request by the User or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of unreliable personal data or illegal actions.
6. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
6.1. The user and the online store are responsible for violating the terms of this Policy in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
6.2. All disputes are resolved by sending a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute) and providing an answer to it within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of its receipt. The online store reserves the right to refuse to store, process the User's personal data and to delete them from its media in whole or in part unilaterally, which it can notify the User about.
6.3. In the case of impossibility of resolving disputes through negotiations, disputes are resolved in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. The online store reserves the right to make unilateral changes to this Regulation. Changes are made by posting a new version of this Regulation on the Site. The new version of the Regulation enters into force from the moment of its posting on the Site, while the previous version loses its validity. The online store is not obliged to additionally notify the User who provided his personal data about changes to this Policy.
7.2. Issues not regulated by this Regulation shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
