Over the years of our company's activity in the field of sales of weighing electronics and implementation of weight measurement systems, one of the most interesting options for weighing and dosing indicators has become the Rinstrum R420 series of controllers. The possibility of implementing weighing systems with increased accuracy (C4 class), advanced functionality, additional options for integration into various process control systems and information collection and accounting systems on their basis make Rinstrum R420 a popular choice among our regular customers.
In addition to the reliability of the electronic part of the devices, R420 indicators also differ in different versions of the software, using which the basic version of the device can be used for dosing systems, truck scales, on-board weighing systems, etc. Several housing options and the connection of additional module units allow you to implement a weight controller based on the standard equipment of the device that best meets the needs and solves the customer's problems.
Weighing indicators Rinstrum R420 are available in several versions:
-depending on the housing material: plastic (R420) or stainless steel (R423
-depending on the type of installation of the device: panel or desktop version. In addition, the desktop version of the indicators can be additionally equipped with a metal stand, which is used to fix the devices on horizontal and vertical surfaces.
The main differences of Rinstrum R420 indicators among other scales electronics are as follows:
-Multitasking indicators, which is achieved by changing the software. The standard model of the indicator is the R420-k401 version. Any of the Rinstrum R420 series devices can be used to perform certain tasks for changing the weight or dosing of components by replacing the firmware. The instrument software version is changed by connecting the indicator to a PC via the Opto-LINK interface located on the left side of the front panel.
The device can be flashed both in the service center of our company and remotely via the Internet or by the client's specialists. Thus, by purchasing any model of Rinstrum R420 or R423 indicators, if necessary, the customer can change the functionality of the device to the options offered by the manufacturer;
- functionality of the weighing electronics by connecting additional unified modules. On the rear panel of the indicator there are connectors for connecting one or more additional modules designed to increase the number of analog and relay I/O, select the required communication interface, etc. The possibility of expanding the functionality of the devices by means of external modules allows you to quickly and easily implement the connection of additional equipment and connect the indicator to the ACS system. - free software developed by the manufacturer of weighing electronics, which allows setting up devices from a PC, the ability to remotely monitor the status of the weighing or dosing process and remotely debug the system;
- multi-point weight linearization system (up to 10 calibration points), which minimizes measurement and dosing errors. The R420 weighing controllers are perfect for systems where there is a nonlinearity in the measurement and processing of weight values.
