Many of our partners are not aware of the fact that ZEMIC is a part of the AVIC industrial group (Aviation Industry Corporation of China).
Being one of the leading aerospace companies in the world, AVIC Group uses ZEMIC products, namely strain gauges, and load and pressure sensors, to design and manufacture its aircraft.

One of AVIC's latest developments is the design of the AG600 amphibious aircraft, which has already successfully passed takeoff and landing tests on the water surface.
The seaplane is designed for civil aviation needs and is specially designed to fight forest fires and conduct rescue operations. Currently, it is planned to produce this type of aircraft in passenger and cargo modifications. Commercial operation will begin no earlier than 2022 after all certification procedures are completed, which should be completed by 2021.

The need to use strain gauges and special ZEMIC sensors in aircraft production is due to the problem of microcracks in the components or on the fuselage body, the untimely detection of which can cause significant damage not only to equipment but also to human life. The use of sensors during the operation of airplanes and other aircraft will help to significantly improve control over the condition of vehicle components and reduce the risk of malfunctions during flight since not all damage is visible to the naked eye.

The trust in ZEMIC products from leading manufacturers and aircraft designers once again confirms the high quality and accuracy of sensors and resistors.
